TurboConsult s.r.o. is a respected Czech producer of banking information systems operating internationally and TC has been in operation on the IT market since 1990.

TurboConsult develops extensive and exposed IT systems for crucial business operations that are able to respond flexibly to changing business or operation environments. TurboConsult´s solutions reflect many years of experience in the banking industry and combine the understanding of our clients´ entrepreneurship with a high level of technical proficiency. The open architecture which takes advantage of methodologies and technologies developed by leading global producers enables problem-free integration with third party solutions.

Apart from products for universal banks, TC also delivers products specialized in specific segments of the financial industry, such as credit unions, pension savings and building savings.

Proficiency

Development and implementation of banking information systems

Development and implementation of banking systems is our core corporate proficiency. TurboConsult has the knowledge and capacities needed to develop robust, operationally and securely exposed solutions meeting demanding requirements placed on banking information systems.

During the development and implementation, proven standard methodologies are applied - RUP (Rational Unified Process) and ITIL with using of the modern development tools and platforms.

Project management

TurboConsult delivers its solutions as projects. Projects are managed in accordance with the principles of internationally recognized PMI and IPMA standards. These standards also include risk management and control mechanisms for individual projects.

Technical support and maintenance services

TurboConsult provides technical support and maintenance services for all implemented systems, including operational outsourcing at the level corresponding to business-critical banking applications. Support services are provided based on the ITIL methodology with active use of an on-line client system for requests administration.

Certification, ISMS policy

The visions and philosophy of TurboConsult s.r.o. in the area of information security projects in the accepted and approved ISMS policy, of which public proclamation pledges the management of TurboConsult s.r.o. to:

• constant creating of conditions to ensurement of all sources needed for implementation, maintenance and continuous improving of the information security management system within the whole TurboConsult s.r.o. organisation
• apply policy based on principles of confidentiality, availability and completeness of information, on demands of legal and normative regulations and on demands of involved partiesn
• regular assessment of target fulfillment and target values worked on the risk analysis and this policy
• maintain a high level of the information security of the TurboConsult s.r.o. organisation by a constant pushing through of the program of the increasing of foreknowledge and legal awareness of its employees
• present a professional approach and the status of the TurboConsult s.r.o. organisation on the nowadays market by a convincing and strong applying of the information security rules towards contracted partners and third parties
• provide customers, contracted partners and also own employees a needed level of certainty during working with their information and data by the implemented information security management system

This ISMS policy proclamation is followed by a ISMS policy document which is available to external parties upon a request.

The information security management system (ISMS), in accordance to the ČSN ISO/IEC 27001 norm, is certificated for TurboConsult s.r.o. in following areas:

• Design, development and maintenance of information systems, consultation and analysis, testing, documentation, project management, maintenance and support, delivering of human resources in the area of information technologies.
• System integration of information systems.

The ČSN ISO/IEC 27001norm is a worldwide valid standard based on former British standard BS7799-2. Within the Czech environment became a state norm in 2006. The sense of this standard is to setup and continuously monitor complex rules of the information security and to apply these principles within the whole company, in accordance to legal norms of a current country. Applying of the information security management system (ISMS) is the prerequisite for obtaining this certification. Information security and the ČSN ISO/IEC 27001 norm do not concern only information technologies, but engages in information themselves, regardless what form they have (virtual data, data on paper, know-how which is in heads of employees). Verifying of the functionality and correct application of these principles took place in regular intervals within a supervision or recertification audit, which is done by an independent external certification authority.
