The implementation project consists of all necessary stages starting from the analysis of the customer’s needs, product customization, and ending with the installation in the target environment and training of the customer’s personnel accompanied with complete verification of the implemented solution. The contractor also takes an active part in specification and development of the technical environment for product installation and for the operation of the product in the customer’s environment.
Based on fulfilment of acceptance criteria agreed in advance, the contractor confirms acceptance of the warranty for the product and the customer takes over the product for further use.
