Pro-Net works with the sales network structure – i.e., with direct hierarchical relationships between individual sales representatives. Pro-Net can define different career levels and automatically evaluate shifts in sales representatives’ careers. This enables you to build a sufficiently motivational and flexible structure of your company’s sales representatives. You can integrate both your own sales representatives and freelancers into structures. Sales structure management is linked to the commission module.
The biggest advantage of the entire Pro-Net solution is a module that allows dealers to create accounts with bank account properties. These enable processing of commissions that have been withheld. If a commission is cancelled, the account automatically creates a receivable from a sales representative, which may be paid through future commissions.
The system also offers a training tracking option that is linked to certification tracking.
There is a separate client portfolio administration module designed for intensive utilization of contact resources and management of specific acquisition opportunities. This module allows you to define rules for sales representatives’ access to client portfolios and ensures controlled access to information about people and products involved in the business. Sales representatives can record information about client meetings and clients’ responses to specific offers.
