Outsourcing

In conjunction with supply of its products, TurboConsult offers outsourcing of technical infrastructure needed for operation of supplied systems.

TurboConsult delivers a proposal, provision and installation of necessary technical resources in a secured location, and then also conducts administration of these resources for the customer’s needs (administration, data back-up, etc.).

The customer secures operation of the given system through its own capacities (launch of individual operational events, definition of access authorisation, etc.) encompassing “first level support” services including the basic IT services support level for its employees and clients (e.g. through a call-centre).

If “first level support” is unable to resolve a given problem, it is handed over (through ServiceDesk) to higher support levels covered by the supplier.
