For all of its products TurboConsult provides creation and delivery of specific customer versions of products corresponding to the customer’s business and technical conditions. Project implementation includes all necessary phases from analysis of customer needs, customisation of the supplied product and its installation into the target environment, training of customer staff and overall verification of the resultant solution. An integral part is also the supplier’s participation in specification and creation of a technical environment for product installation and operation in the customer environment. On the basis of fulfilment of previously agreed upon acceptance criteria, the supplier confirms receipt of the product warranty and the customer accepts the product into use. |
