TurboConsult and Asseco Central Europe have formed a strategic partnership.
As part of the partnership, Asseco Central Europe becomes the new 100% owner of TurboConsult.
This gives TurboConsult the opportunity to offer customers a wider range of products as well as other benefits from joining one of Europe's leading suppliers of IT solutions and services.
On the other hand, Asseco CE strengthens its position as a leader in providing SW services for the banking sector, among other things it gains 100% share in the building savings market in the Czech Republic as well as the first reference in Slovakia.
TurboConsult s.r.o. has successfully implemented the Elbos system as the main operating system of FinTech portal proplat.to (www.proplat.to). This portal is operated by MoneyStore s.r.o. providing so-called spot factoring, which also cooperates with P2P investors on these payments. The cooperation of both organizations also includes operational outsourcing of the resulting solution and operational support and maintenance services.
The successful launch of the IS Elbos (with the independently designed WWW extension for the proplat.to portal) confirms the flexibility of this system and its readiness for use in innovative FinTech companies.
In 2019, the largest Central European payment institution, Akcenta CZ a.s., started using the Sign+ service for biometric signing of electronic contract documents. With the use of Sign+, Akcenta CZ introduces a completely paperless acquisition process for new clients, not only in the Czech Republic, but also in other European countries (including Germany, Poland, Romania, Hungary and Slovakia).
